Talent Manager
LOS ANGELES OR NEW YORK CITY
Portrait is looking to hire a Talent Manager who will report directly to the Founder.
Role and Responsibilities
Build and maintain a roster of talent
Roadmap roster’s longterm career goals and advise on strategy
Handle all talent’s brand relationships and ensure all agreements are favorable
Seek opportunities for talent to grow their streams of revenue
Facilitate broader conversations between brands and talent managers to optimize the larger roster
Manage Talent Coordinator as team scales
Background Requirements
3-5+ years experience in talent management or relevant field
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Knowledge and connections within social media, talent management, agencies, and brand spheres
A positive mindset, strong work ethic, drive to collaborate, and sense of humor encouraged
BA or 4 year college degree preferred, but not required
